Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can get in the way, and you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If that happens, please let me know as soon as possible by texting me directly at (254)392-8943.
Keep in mind that cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will require future appointments to be paid for in advance. If you don’t show up without notice, future bookings will be blocked—no exceptions.
There’s a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled time; after that, it's considered a no-show. Deposits are non-refundable but will go toward your appointment total. If you miss your appointment or cancel at the last minute, the deposit cannot be transferred.
